The rural estate property located just outside of Kingston, ON had a significant energy bill due to a large in-ground heated pool, EV charging, patio heaters, and electric shop heaters during the winter months. After installing a 12KW system under the newly expanded Net Metering Program with Hydro One, we saved the client over $320/month in energy costs. The array is perfectly oriented to face south with no shading, creating the ideal backdrop for a top-performing system!
Given Hydro One's lucrative 1:1 net metering agreement in Ontario, the client wanted to ensure they didn't miss this opportunity before the program ends. As a result, the client reached out to us for a 4KW system, with plans to expand in the coming years. We installed a top-quality grid-tied inverter that will accept another 8KW of panels once the client is ready.

This beautiful century-home detached garage (circa 1850s) outside Kingston required structural engineering to reinforce the 175-year-old rafters before installation. Our 6KW system will substantially reduce the homeowner's energy bill, while allowing for future expansion should they wish to achieve a net-zero home.
